Patrick Krall is the President of Krall Property Management Inc. Patrick holds a General License through the CMRAO and a proud ACMO member with the achieved RCM designation. Patrick is actively involved in the condominium industry and has participated as a speaker at CCI events, volunteered on CCI committees, and written articles for ACMO’s CM Magazine. Over the years Patrick has come to develop strong administrative skills, financial skills, an extensive knowledge of Condominium operations and provincial legislative requirement for his clients. Patrick started his career as a building superintendent over 14 years ago, it has provided him vital hands-on experiences. These experiences has help Patrick understand the day-to-day functions and lifestyles of multi-resident homes and buildings, and the roles needed to effectively manage properties from the most primary function and role. By utilizing his skills, Patrick was able excel through the hierarchy of the Property Management industry working his way through various roles such as Community Manager, Leasing Coordinator and Property Administrator, to finally becoming a Condominium Property Manager. Having passion in his career and industry has helped Patrick create meaningful professional relationships with his clients. Patrick is excited to give back to the industry with his wealth of experience and knowledge. Melissa Krall is an Administrative Assistant with Krall Property Management Inc. and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the condominium corporations under management. She is proficient in maintaining and organizing condominium records, responding to owner and resident inquiries, and coordinating meetings, notices, and documentation in support of Board and management requirements. Melissa works closely with the Property Manager to ensure daily administrative functions run efficiently, contributing to consistent communication, accurate record-keeping, and the smooth operation of each corporation.

Bill Lang is a Senior Property Manager with Krall Property Management Inc. To accomplish various projects and major initiatives, he enjoys expanding communication lines between condo directors, owners, professionals and trades. He possesses a wealth of experience in property management & consulting. He finds joy in assisting new directors, owners and members to the condo industry, in which he cherishes. Bill has been fortunate to have a number of mentors throughout his career, in addition to educational courses/seminars which has helped a great deal in achieving success in the industry. Bill is also an author and has five published articles for CM Magazine, these can be accessed, along with the most recent publication in our blog.

Noah Wahba is a newly appointed Condominium Manager with Krall Property Management Inc. and holds an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM) licence. Noah will work along Side Patrick Krall, who currently holds a General Licence with the CMRAO, supporting the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the condominium corporations under their portfolio. His role includes coordinating site matters, assisting with board and owner communications, supporting compliance requirements, and working closely with senior management to ensure consistent service delivery and effective property operations.
