  • These are mandatory Information Certificates required under the Condominium Act, 1998.

    • PIC (Periodic Information Certificate): Sent twice a year to keep owners informed on the corporation's health.

    • ICU (Information Certificate Update): Sent when major changes occur, such as a change in the Board.

    • NOIC (Notice of Online Information Certificate): Informs owners where they can access these records. We handle the preparation and distribution of all three to ensure 100% legal compliance.

  • Yes. We handle the completion of the Corporation’s Annual Returns with the Condo Authority of Ontario (CAO). We ensure that director information is up-to-date and that all required assessments are paid so your corporation remains in good standing on the public registry.

  • We manage the entire AGM coordination process, from issuing the preliminary and general notices to facilitating the meeting itself. Our team provides professional minute-taking to ensure an accurate, legal record of all community decisions and director elections.
